First, let’s look at the speed: motors with a power of 30 kilowatts and 37 kilowatts have the same frame size (grade 2 speed range of 2900 rpm to 3000 rpm), which means they have the same center height. However, motors of grade 4 have a different center height; as a result, when such large motors are installed, their height is higher than that of the pump shaft; If the frame numbers are the same, it can be used, but it’s a bit of a waste!

The operating point of the pump has no direct impact on the rated power of the motor. It’s just that the motor’s operating point is not at its efficient point.
