Can the valves on the combustible gas pipelines be installed in the control room?

There are a dozen or so valves in the control room of a device, and all of them contain flammable gases. Is this allowed? According to GB50160, it is absolutely not permitted. Thank you for your reply
The valve has four static sealing points. Front and rear flanges, valve covers, and packing; among these, the packing is most likely to experience minor leakage. It is definitely not allowed to place valves in the control room.

Not every one has to follow the **standards**. Surely not from the control room anymore. Often, safety itself also needs to be taken into consideration. . It’s obvious right away that no HAZOP was conducted
