For experienced employees in the same position at the same office, there is little room for advancement in state-owned enterprises. As a result, they become very passive, shirking every task and refusing to take on even the slightest extra work. When working with such people, and having to do so for a long time, have you encountered such troubles? What are some good ways to deal with them?

Hehe, I’ve never encountered that, but I can understand it. The best approach is to have clear divisions of labor, so that everyone doesn’t interfere with each other. If there is some overlap, then one has to suffer the consequences~~~~~
