Are framed buildings considered factory buildings?

Dear sea friends, if a high-level tank frame is installed there, along with tanks that store flammable and explosive gases, does such a frame constitute a factory building? Class A?

There are many different structural types for factories: concrete frames, steel frames, rack structures, portal frames, brick-concrete combinations, etc. According to what the poster said, it should be classified as Category A; if it is merely used to support equipment, then it should be considered a structure, with the equipment foundations being elevated
I’d like to ask again those who are above me: it should be considered a structure, but it has many floors as well, and it’s equipment that is suspended on a platform about 20 meters high. Does that count as a factory building? Class A?
