When selecting a catalyst, factors such as heavy metal content, selectivity, mechanical strength, conversion rate, bulk density, particle size distribution, and specific surface area should be taken into consideration； To assess the regeneration effectiveness of a catalyst, one needs to consider its carbon content (our unit keeps this level below 0.02%).
The catalyst is sampled for analysis on a regular basis, and the regeneration effect can also be roughly assessed by the color of the catalyst.
