These days, it’s hard to achieve a win-win situation; usually, it’s just a win for one party. Workers are mostly in a vulnerable position and can only compromise. How is a win-win possible? How many people have the skills or confidence to negotiate with their companies?
Personally, I think that in today’s society, there is an increasing lack of this kind of gratitude! The world is changing too fast; before we even have time to think, we rush to pursue fame, wealth, and beauty. New things come too quickly, and too many of us cannot resist the temptation, losing our true nature and original intentions. It's also very rare for people to be able to remain innocent; life is too difficult. True gratitude, especially in matters of great importance, is truly precious!
