JBT8689-98: Vibration of 4.5 mm/s is acceptable.
1. The latest version of JB/T 8689 is the 2014 edition. 2. The 1998 edition also does not specify 4.5 mm/s; the allowable root-mean-square value for vibration velocity in the case of rigid support is 4.6 mm/s, while it is 7.1 mm/s for flexible support. 3. It is vibration, not shock. 4. The standard applies only to ventilators.
