I participated, and I was fairly satisfied; the teacher answered the questions patiently

I participated in it in 2016; some of the instructors were not competent, and they left by plane before the training was over

I participated in them in February last year and March this year, focusing on HAZOP and the new petrochemical regulations respectively. During that HAZOP session, it lasted 3 days and was conducted by a different expert (one not mentioned in the notification); the approach was superficial, completely unrelated to what’s covered in the textbooks – the expert just talked whatever came to mind. As a result of those 3 days, only theory was acquired, with no practical skills developed ； For the second training session, it was said before the training that the instructors would be chief editors Li Suqin and Zhang Shuling; but on the day of the training, it was Zhang Shuling and another instructor who taught. The first two days were fine, but on the third day another instructor took over to discuss cases – with a strong accent, so I could understand only about half of what was said. Moreover, the explanation was superficial and brief; the instructor stopped talking after a while... They also said, “Aren’t you in a hurry to catch your train back?””

They issue a completion certificate after the class; it’s the girl in charge of collecting money who writes on the certificate. Damn, it’s even worse than writing it myself – I’m too embarrassed to show such handwriting; it looks like that of a primary school student just learning to write. :'(:Q
