Residual monomers in superabsorbent resins

The residual amount of acrylic acid in the superabsorbent resins produced by our company is always above the allowable limit of 100 PPm; a belt-type polymerization process is used – how can we reduce this residual amount?
The aqueous solution method? Try adjusting the concentration of the monomer in the reaction solution
Is 100 ppm high? National standards generally require levels below 500 ppm; some foreign companies set a maximum of around 200 ppm. I’m not familiar with the standards for products manufactured by domestic companies
What initiators do everyone use?
