What causes the rapid shutdown oil pressure in the turbine not to be established? 1. Oil pressure during initial startup: normal, reaching 0.95 Mpa. 2. Oil pressure during restart: very low, only able to reach 0.7 Mpa. 3. Manual release of startup oil: the speed-control oil pressure and the startup oil pressure both decrease simultaneously. There’s a problem with the quick-shut valve; have the person in charge of maintaining the equipment take care of it.
Check whether the quick-shut test handle is in the correct position; if it is, then the quick-shut valve and the quick-shut device need to be inspected.
Find a skilled blacksmith to help you solve it.
Open the valves for the start-up oil and the quick-shut oil and clean them; there may be metal debris and sludge present. .
Pay special attention to checking the solenoid valve; open the pipeline to see if there is oil present. If no oil is available, it is usually because the solenoid valve has not operated.
Special attention should be paid to checking whether the solenoids of the quick-shut assembly have returned to their normal position and whether there is any oil leakage. (It is possible to use the structural diagram of the quick-shut assembly along with the pressure gauge provided by the manufacturer to measure the pressure at various points; based on these readings, potential areas of oil leakage can be identified for further inspection.)
