For a metal calcination furnace with a temperature of 1200°C, what material should be chosen for the metal components?
Is the poster looking for a material that can withstand this temperature in order to solve all the problems with the pipes? The maximum operating temperature for stainless steel or heat-resistant steel is around 800°C; above this temperature, insulation becomes necessary. If materials are used to address this issue, the cost will likely be high.
If insulation is not to be used, what materials are needed? No voltage resistance is required; normal pressure conditions are sufficient.
For materials, high-temperature performance is considered first, with little relation to pressure resistance
Only insulation (lining) can be considered; ordinary metal materials are not sufficient for this purpose
If cost is not a concern, what materials should be used?
