Could we talk about how to create a blind plate diagram? I’m a beginner who is just starting to work with blind plate management. Initially, it’s necessary to create a blind plate diagram, but I’m not sure what aspects need to be taken into consideration.
Are you referring to a blind flange? Go and look up the corresponding standard, and follow the diagrams in it.

A batch of standard blind flanges was machined, marked, and stored; temporary blind flanges were made on-site for use. Most of these temporary flanges got lost after work started, and it was necessary to create new ones again during shutdowns, resulting in costs in terms of materials and labor.
