How should leaks in the small online control valves of the high-pressure oxygen pipeline supplied by the air separation unit be dealt with?
Could you send a picture of it leaking? There is a leak in the small manual valve for online pipeline analysis sampling – where is the air leaking from? Did it affect the analysis results? Can the air leakage points be fixed by plugging them?

Find a professional company to perform leak sealing under pressure in order to secure this valve firmly. If the leakage is not severe, it’s better to leave it as it is. After all, the medium is oxygen, so plugging leaks under pressure is quite troublesome.
If there is leakage along the valve stem, try tightening the valve cover~~Also, don’t open the valve fully; if possible, keep it at an opening of 2–3 turns~~
