Since the pump needs to be preheated, a small flow of hot heat transfer oil is used to preheat the pump body; this is generally applied to pumps that are already in operation
What do you mean? Just install a pipeline to the pump inlet, isn’t that enough?
Who said there’s no check valve? There’s always a check valve at the pump’s outlet

Standards cannot be used as a reason to install check valves. The heat transfer oil system has a high-level tank, so there is no backflow even when the pump stops – then why is a check valve needed?
