Cycloidal reducers are relatively easy to disassemble and assemble. If you encounter any difficulties during maintenance and don’t know how to assemble them, add me on QQ at 419541670 so we can discuss it
It was reinstalled once the year before last; it wasn’t me who did the disassembly, and my colleague didn’t make any marks, which was really frustrating at the time； It managed to fit after a few attempts, but the handle wouldn’t turn; later, I searched on Baidu and found that the sides with the stamp letters should be placed overlapping with one another facing upward. Cycloidal gears have a positive and negative side. They are marked, and when installing, the side with the mark must face upward. Rotate one of the cycloid wheels 180 degrees. That is, when the middle bearing hole and the tenth hole coincide exactly, the outer tooth profiles will be out of alignment; the root of the teeth on the upper wheel corresponds to the tip of the teeth on the lower wheel. (This applies to cycloid wheels with a single tooth difference; those with a double tooth difference do not need to be rotated 180 degrees.)
