The working process in the acid production plant involves fully burning the desulfurized acidic gases in an incinerator, thereby generating a series of high-temperature process gases such as SO2. These high-temperature process gases are then mixed with gases such as ammonia in a mixer, and after undergoing various processes such as removal, decomposition, and catalysis, they are cooled and concentrated to produce liquid sulfuric acid. Therefore, every work process in the acid production workshop involves a large amount of strong acids, bases, chemicals, and gases; hence, it is highly necessary, and even essential, to install eye wash stations in such workshops.
