The working process in the acid production plant involves fully burning the desulfurized acidic gases in an incinerator, thereby generating a series of high-temperature process gases such as SO2. These high-temperature process gases are then mixed with gases such as ammonia in a mixer, and after undergoing various processes such as removal, decomposition, and catalysis, they are cooled and concentrated to produce liquid sulfuric acid. Therefore, every work process in the acid production workshop involves a large amount of strong acids, bases, chemicals, and gases; hence, it is highly necessary, and even essential, to install eye wash stations in such workshops. Since the acid production plant is a facility with extremely strong acid and alkali corrosion, the equipment inside it deteriorates and ages very rapidly. After conducting thorough research and investigations into this issue, it was found that in acid production workshops, eye wash stations made of stainless steel composite materials with an ABS anti-corrosion coating can be used; such stations are capable of extending the service life of the equipment in these workshops. Additionally, it is necessary to provide training for workers on how to use and maintain these eye wash stations. In workshops that already have eye wash stations, proper maintenance of these devices must be carried out. Especially eyewash stations within a range of 10-15 meters from the equipment. Make sure to check whether the product is in good condition and whether the water output is sparkling water. Replace the valves, eyewash nozzles, dust covers, eyewash assemblies, pull rods, and various basins according to the degree of corrosion. If there are many eye wash stations used in the workshop. It is recommended to enter into a long-term maintenance agreement with the eye wash station supplier, ideally on a basis of 2-3 years. If there are a limited number of eye wash stations, it is recommended to have 20-25% spare parts available to facilitate quicker maintenance of these stations.
What is LZ reflecting – management systems, usage instructions, or an overview of the situation? I can’t figure it out.
