If normal operation does not take place under vacuum conditions but vacuum may still occur, it is not necessary to enter -0.1 MPa in the design pressure field; however, a verification calculation must be carried out, and a note should be included stating that \"this equipment may operate under vacuum conditions, and verification calculations have been done using -0.1 MPa.\"
