Is there any craftsman who can take care of this kind of table?

Our facility’s water treatment reverse osmosis system is equipped with an SDI meter, made by Rodi in the United States. It has been in production for 4 years but has never been put into use. Now that I’m trying to run the analysis on the table, the following issue has arisen: 1. I set the analysis interval to 5 minutes. However, after the first 300 seconds (after which SDI5 began to enter calculation mode), the drain valve no longer opened, and water overflowed from the tank. And it was not until 1800 seconds that the analysis stopped; only SDI5 had a value, which was 20! Neither SDI10 nor 15 has a value! Does anyone here understand this watch? I tested the drain valve manually, and the solenoid valve operates normally. Is it time to replace the filter? Is there a problem with the level gauge in the water tank? Anyone who knows about this table, please analyze it for me and tell me how to solve it! Thank you!
