First, establish a management ledger for the safety of special equipment. 3. For some types of special equipment (such as forklifts and elevators), it may be necessary to enter into maintenance contracts with external parties in order to carry out annual inspections. 4. Keep proper records of daily maintenance and inspections, as these will be useful during annual inspections.
