As the end of the year approaches, the company’s leader suddenly shared a benefit in the form of her motto: Worry not about the past, fear not the future, and stay focused on the present. It is indeed a great motto. So here’s the question: if leaders have mottos, how can ordinary people not have any? So the company asked each employee to submit their motto to the Human Resources department by 12 p.m. this Friday, which left many employees confused – they hadn’t thought about their ideals in many years, so facing such a task suddenly was quite difficult for them. Everyone is welcome to share their mottos, life philosophies, and aspirations.
