Currently, its production capacity has dropped significantly, with output being less than 200 cubic meters. When the flow rate is increased, the oxygen content rises rapidly. What causes this, and are there any ways to improve it? Experts, please give me some advice.

It is normal for micro-oil screw compressors to have a slight amount of oil present, but if the exhaust temperature of the air compressor is too high, or if the efficiency of the air compressor’s oil filter declines, this can lead to an increase in the oil content in the compressed air. This exceeds the capacity of the filter elements and activated carbon to remove oil, resulting in oil penetration. It’s not difficult to check whether the molecular sieve contains oil either: find a clean cloth or piece of white paper, place the molecular sieve on it, and if you want quick results, use an iron plate to heat it; if you’re not in a hurry, wait and observe whether any oil seeps out
