Why is the magnetic flap level gauge used for horizontal oil tanks divided into upper and lower sections?
The diameter of the tank is very large, so the magnetic flap isn’t that long. Many cans are like this. This is even more true when you’re looking at vertical tanks.
It is usually the case in two-section designs that the diameter of the tank is relatively large; the level gauge interface is generally located at the head, which has a large curvature, resulting in insufficient length for the level gauge interface tube to extend, making it impossible to install a single level gauge. So it’s divided into two paragraphs.
