It also undertakes the responsibilities related to work safety and occupational health supervision and law enforcement within its area of jurisdiction. 　　The relevant departments responsible for supervising work safety carry out their duties related to work safety and occupational health in these industries in accordance with laws and regulations, strengthen supervision and law enforcement, and take strict action against any illegal or irregular activities. 　　The regulatory authorities in other industry sectors bear responsibility for safety production management.
