Application range: oils, waters, gases, acids, alkalis, benzene and various other chemicals ; Suitable applications: straight sections, tees, elbows, reducers, plugs, valves, flanges, and the areas at the base of flanges on pipes made of metal, PE, PVC, composite materials, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, etc ; Material lifespan: 9 years. Usage: 1. When the leaking medium is splashing in all directions, first clean the dirt around the leakage point properly. 2. For water, it is tied directly; for oils and gases, sealing tape with rubber padding is used at the leakage site, while for acids, alkalis, and benzene compounds, CHD4 chemical film is used as padding at the leakage site. 3. Use binding tape to start tying tightly along the side of the leak, moving forward; once reached the end, tie back in the opposite direction. Keep pulling tight throughout the process without releasing the tension, and repeat this until the leak is sealed. The binding tape should be used in no fewer than 3 layers. 4. Sealing is achieved through the elastic contraction and compressive force of the leak-sealing tape; as it is wound, the pressure causes the tapes to adhere to each other and solidify. 5. To increase strength, after the product has been bundled, the GB509 strengthening curing agent should be applied repeatedly and evenly on it, ensuring that the surface layer as well as the surrounding areas are fully coated. 6. If greater strength is required, Mitsumoto GBF pipeline rapid leak-sealing tape (fiberglass universal leak-sealing tape) can be used and wrapped around the outer layer three or more times.
