As long as you work in the chemical industry, there is always a section (or several sections) that suits you, allowing everyone to find a sense of belonging here. When you encounter difficulties at work, there are professionals from all over who will help you find solutions without expecting anything in return. It’s really an excellent forum! ! Here, I would like to express my thanks to the staff, all the moderators, and those who help others! ! As the moderator of the container-related forum, my area of expertise is indeed related to containers; currently I am engaged in the strength design of chemical containers, including ordinary chemical containers, heat exchangers, and towers； I’m not very good at anything else! ! I often move around in these three areas, and I also tend to answer some relatively simple posts; I can’t handle the more difficult ones – my skills are limited! ! Another area related to us is the process engineering area. In our industry, it’s the people in charge of process engineering who first determine the processing capacity and equipment specifications; thereafter, we design the strength of the equipment to ensure its proper operation. But it’s also necessary to understand the intent behind the process design – I think those in charge of process engineering are really impressive! ! I really admire them ； As for what the equipment we produce is used for, it’s not quite clear; we have relatively little contact with the factories ； I mostly spend time in the machinery area and the manufacturing area; occasionally I go to the title-related section and the 3D area. Recently, there’s another area I like to visit, and that’s the leisure area. I find this area quite relaxing – there’s no need to worry too much about technical issues; it’s purely for entertainment! !
I graduated not long ago, so I have almost no work experience. I am currently involved in the construction of a large-scale project, responsible for equipment selection and the inspection of equipment upon its arrival at the site; I have gained a lot of knowledge during this process. At first, Lai Haichuan preferred to sit and watch in the mechanical design area, occasionally answering questions; he would also wander around the manufacturing and industry areas. Realizing that he was a newcomer, he didn’t talk much. In the past two days, he has been walking around the leisure area and sharing some casual thoughts. Haichuan is a great forum; as the original poster said, it helps one gain a lot of knowledge and meet many experts. I love the seas and rivers!
Process area: Theory, processes, production, pipes and valves. Mechanical equipment area: Moving equipment, machinery, containers, heat exchange, towers, boilers, corrosion protection. It’s mainly these areas that need to be focused on, as they are related to one’s own work; I’ve learned a lot, hehe

As soon as I log in, I go to the equipment area to handle some posts, then head to the process area where I mainly reply to posts. Finally, I search for information related to my industry and check it after logging off.
I work in storage and transportation processes; I know something about all the technical aspects related to storage tanks. In the past, I was always involved in the storage and transportation area, having served as a technical contributor and moderator there. But after feeling disappointed, I stopped working there and switched to the equipment department. Coming to the equipment area with a learning attitude, I realized that some of the problems in this area still require answers from a process perspective. The first thing to do when starting work is to go to the equipment area; due to my limited capabilities, I only choose to answer those questions that I am able to address. Due to professional limitations, I can address only a few major issues. Also, due to my own work. In the equipment area, I’m still just an unskilled novice. I hardly go to other zones; occasionally I just stroll around the safe zone. They started working right away.
I like the project areas and the software development areas; this is surely related to my work. The information available on Haichuan is good, and there are many people involved. When it comes to questions or requests for help, everyone is willing to offer guidance, the responses are of high quality, and the information provided is also very valuable.
