The aim is to carry out this activity more effectively by making full use of the expertise of fellow marine industry professionals and experts from technical discussion groups, so as to help resolve various difficulties faced by everyone. Let’s discuss this activity now and I’ll share my thoughts and suggestions. Everyone is welcome to discuss. 1. We welcome users, experts, and moderators active on this forum to offer their suggestions. 2. Create a post to collect topics for weekly discussions; moderators and experts from the technical discussion group will screen the submitted topics to determine the subjects for each week’s discussions. 3. The moderators of the “Weekly Topic” discussion thread for each week must participate in the discussions; experts from the technical team should also try to join in, and all members are encouraged to actively participate in these discussions. 4. Topic reward measures: If a proposed topic is not adopted, the moderator will award a fixed amount of 15 wealth points (excluding Haiyou ratings) ； The moderator awards a fixed reward of 25–35 wealth points to the topic proposer whose topic is designated as a discussion topic (excluding Haiyou ratings) ； Posts that are meaningless or spammy result in a deduction of 1–10 units of wealth (the same amount is deducted for posts rated as spammy or meaningless). It is recommended to create a forum post for moderators and technical discussants, pin it and set the permissions to 120, so that the management has a place to discuss internal affairs of this forum. I just checked that post with a summary of posts with no replies; actually, many of those posts have been resolved. I hope the moderator will sort them out as soon as possible. I didn’t know where to talk about this, so I posted it here. If it was sent by mistake, please forgive me; after all, I come here rarely and am not familiar with it.

The pipe and valve community is full of talented individuals; outstanding members, moderators, and technical discussants can be selected to actively participate in, guide, and comment on the weekly topics for each issue. If the topic is appropriate, a concluding post can be made (this needs to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis; for some topics, there is no final conclusion at all, so such posts do not require a summary) ； 3.
