This is pushed out; it depends on how long it needs to be. If it’s a long length, you can ask local factories that have machine tools – they can handle it
For steel pipes and alloy pipes, I have no problem – some are in stock and can be provided. But for copper pipes, I’m afraid I can’t help with that :)

I haven’t seen this type of copper tube before; it seems to have a fairly large diameter. But I think ordinary machine tool steel tube manufacturers should be able to produce it. There are several steel structure companies near our company
Ask those who work on refrigeration heat exchangers; they should know which manufacturers are involved in this field.
