Why are wires installed only before and after the steam trap to prevent static electricity? ? ?
The steam tracing pipeline has been in use for almost 10 years
There must be some combustible gas pipelines in the vicinity, right?
Because the drain valve has a small diameter and only 4 flange bolt holes, bridging is required; larger-diameter valves have more flange bolt holes and do not require bridging.
Anti-static, but the steam system does not require anti-static bonding; many design firms consider only the number of bolts when designing, without taking the medium into account!
Static bonding is carried out, but nowadays, due to the lack of understanding on the part of many regulatory bodies and those responsible for safety in companies, bonding is done based on the number of bolts, without taking into account what medium is present in the pipes. It’s sad that even the flanges and valves related to media such as circulating water, demineralized water, fire-fighting water, nitrogen, and plant air are subjected to static bonding. However, when inspections are conducted by higher authorities, everything appears to be in order, heheh
