How should the materials be cut for Series A pipes and Series B pipes that are connected using flanges? Can the bolt holes align?
The flange is determined by the pressure rating and relevant standards; it has little to do with the pipe
Is the poster asking about two flanges, one of series A and the other of series B? As long as the pressure rating and structural type of the flanges are the same, there is no problem

Flanges AB according to national standards or the European system differ only in terms of the outer diameter of the piping; all other dimensions of the flanges are the same (except for butt-welded flanges and those with a large neck in the case of socket weld flanges)
Are the inner diameters of the flanges in those two series the same, as well as the sizes of their sealing surfaces?
