What does 3/8\"NPTM-3/8\"F.T mean for pressure relief valves?

User requirement: For the external air supply interface, a set of 316SS stainless steel double ferrule connections is to be used on the filter pressure regulator (3/8\" NPTM – 3/8\" F.T; see the attachment for diagrams showing the installation of the air supply pipeline). The internal piping connections are made of 316ss stainless steel.
What I understand is that the pressure relief valve has 3/8 NPT male threads, and I will use a ferrule fitting to connect it to the user’s 3/8” rigid pipe. But what does F.T mean? I don’t quite understand. Has anyone seen this way of writing?
3/8\"NPTM-3/8\"F.T refers to the connection method of the pressure relief valve. Here, NPTM stands for internal thread, while F.T stands for external thread. Therefore, this requirement specifies that the air supply interface of the pressure relief valve must use 3/8 inch internal threads (NPTM) and 3/8 inch external threads (F.T.). .

This type of connection is similar to the pressure-reducing valve mechanism found in household liquefied gas cylinders; the connector on the high-pressure side has male threads, while the connector on the low-pressure side is connected via a flexible tube. FP likely stands for Flexible Tube, and some acetylene cylinders also use this type of connection. The gas supply tubes of ordinary acetylene welding or cutting torches are hoses, and the tubes connecting household gas stoves are also hoses. As shown in the figure

Equipped with cylinders, filter pressure regulators and other accessories. NPTM should be external thread. NPTF is the internal thread. m stands for male, f stands for female. What is F.T. an abbreviation for? Female thread? Internal thread? ? But what does the user mean by this stainless steel gas supply double ferrule 3/8\" NPTM-3/8\" F.T.? It’s just a regular cartridge connector, designed for the user’s 3/8” air tube. After looking up in English, the terms for a ferrule joint are ferrule joint, fitting joint, and tube fitting. Could it mean a fitting tube ferrule joint?
MALE NPT is the same as NPTM, which refers to the external thread of NPT. F.T. seems unlikely to be a hose connection (used in petrochemical systems); it is presumed that the instrumentation uses a bayonet connection.
