There are numerous pipeline branches after the pump; to ensure consistent water pressure at each branch, it is intended to install an orifice plate on the return pipeline that collects water from all branches, in order to increase and balance the pressure at each branch. How is the orifice plate size calculated? For a DN50 pipe with a flow rate of 15 T/H of water at 50 degrees Celsius, if the pressure before the orifice plate is set at 0.20 MPa and the pressure after it is assumed to be 0.05 MPa, what is the diameter of this orifice plate? Please provide the calculation process and formulas.
What does a branch aggregation return pipeline refer to? Where exactly is the orifice plate installed? It would be best to have a schematic diagram
