Today at the construction site, I saw that the valves on the underground utility pipes were installed in this way – is that acceptable?
It was also welded on when installing the bolts; will it be cut off again in the future?
Rubber joints are soft, so they will definitely sag at the area where they support the valve; additional support is needed
