There are many old pipes in the factory, and we want to use spare ones that are new. What are some simple ways to clean the rust from the inside of these pipes?
For safety reasons, it is best to measure the thickness after derusting. If uniform corrosion is still viable, don’t use it for non-uniform cases
Sandblasting treatment – be cautious when reusing pressure pipelines; the process is complex, and safety comes first.
Sandblasting is one option, but I’ve never seen the equipment used for sandblasting. Do you have any photos you can send me to take a look?
Carbon steel pipes aren’t valuable to begin with, so why recycle them? If there are any problems with the products, that’s the end of it
The simplest method is pickling.
Pickling is simple, but it’s also troublesome; the subsequent processing is difficult
Reusing carbon steel pipes does not yield good results; it is advised not to save on the cost and buy new ones instead
It can be used for unimportant media such as water pipes.
