The valve is wedge-shaped with double gates, manufactured in Tianjin
It is clear that the over-torque protection of the actuator did not activate after an electric over-torque occurred. The DN1200 stainless steel gate valve cannot be turned by hand; if the screw rod bends, it is a problem with the actuator.
Could it be that the gate valve isn’t fully open, and the valve disc has been damaged by the impact of the fluid?
