Questions regarding the brittle transition temperature

Looking at the pressure test section of standard GB 50235, there is a statement stating that the temperature for the pressure test must not come close to the brittle transition temperature of the metal material. I would like to ask what the concept of \"close\" refers to here. By how many degrees does it need to differ from the brittle transition temperature for it to be considered close, and by how many degrees must it differ for it not to be considered close? Are there any standards for this?
I haven’t seen any relevant standards for this; perhaps my exposure to it isn’t sufficient. Generally, about five degrees should be enough
