What do the flange specifications in the image mean?

Taking the first line as an example: 4'' 150# 316/L T=1/2'' BL FF FLG 4''. This means that the flange size is 4 inches, which corresponds to DN100; the pressure rating is 150 pounds; the material is 316L; T=1/2'' indicates that the thickness of the flange is 1/2 inch, equivalent to 12 mm. BL stands for flange cover, FF denotes that the sealing surface is flat, and FLG is the abbreviation for FLANGE
