Are there PP flanges with PN20 rating?

Our company previously used steel-lined PP pipes for hydrochloric acid pipelines, with diaphragm valves of CLASS150 (PN20) being used. Due to frequent leaks in the lined pipes, the company decided to replace them with PP pipes； The valves will still use CLASS150 diaphragm valves. As a result, after consulting several PP manufacturers, the response was that the highest grade for PP flanges is PN16. I would like to ask fellow experts: 1. Are there any standard specifications for PP flanges? 2. Are there PP flanges with PN20 rating? Thank you so much!
PP flanges indeed have a maximum pressure rating of only PN16.
Since PP pipes are being used, the operating pressure will certainly not be high. If CLASS150 is required, it is sufficient to use flanges made of metal in CLASS150 size
That’s indeed the case; the operating pressure of the pipe is only 2 kilograms.
