The solid materials discharged from the centrifuge go to two separate tanks; what type of valve should be used for separation? I asked around, and it turns out that three-way valves usually stop working after about a month. Are there any other valves that can perform this function?

Is it seal wear, or valve body wear?
If the valve body is worn out, what’s the use of those answers suggesting to replace the seal? What material was your original valve body made of? This is caused by sand erosion resulting from the high-speed movement of solid slag powder within the valve body; you need to check what material the valve body is made of.
