Requirements for piping of the serve and receive cylinders

This post was last edited by zmg813 on 2018-8-30 at 18:10. There is a ball-passing tee at the front end of both the receiver barrel’s inlet and the shooter barrel’s outlet. Are there any requirements regarding the location of this ball-passing tee? There are two statements: 1. There is a minimum distance requirement between the ball-passing tee and the inlet of the ball-receiving cylinder; 2. There is a minimum distance requirement between the ball-passing tee and the ball-position indicator on the ball-receiving cylinder. Question: 1. What is this minimum distance requirement? Are there any relevant standards? 2. Is the minimum distance for the ball-passing tee measured from the inlets and outlets of the ball receiving and sending cylinders, or from the ball-passing indicator? 3. What is the role of the minimum distance?
I don’t understand this. There are some questions: if there’s already a serving cylinder, then why is there also a serving valve? And where does the air supply for the serving cylinder come from?
This should be based on the requirements of the pig indicator, right? Check the manual for the pig ball indicator to see if there are any requirements regarding spacing.
