Are there any standards related to nitrogen purging?

Everyone: Are there any standard requirements regarding nitrogen purging? For example, pressure range, oxygen content, etc.; I would like to find out the relevant standard references.
There are no requirements regarding pressure, but there is a requirement for oxygen content; it seems to be 0.5%. I couldn’t find any specific information on this, but it’s likely that a level below 0.5% is the standard practice
It is specified in the operating procedures for some chemical processing units.
Generally, for chemical industries, the standard is that the nitrogen level after purging should be greater than 98%.
Check a general manual for the oxygen content; I’ve never seen any standard for it
The nitrogen purity of the device is 99.5%; the nitrogen purity of the device should be lower than this value
Surely, the higher the purity of nitrogen, the better. For example, oil-free nitrogen must be used when replacing oxygen tubes, with an oxygen content of less than 0.5%
