What is the typical pressure difference for gas pressure regulators P1P2?

I know that there is a boiling effect during the pressure reduction process, which requires heat absorption; if the pressure drop is too large, freezing will occur. So, for gas pressure regulators, what is the typical pressure difference ratio before and after the regulator? Is the differential pressure ratio the same under high, medium, and low pressure conditions?
Is there anyone experienced who can give some guidance? Thank you!
