What kind of valve is best for the discharge valves in a rainwater system?

For the discharge valves in rainwater systems, butterfly valves with a diameter of 1400 mm were used in the past, but they caused internal leakage. With today’s stricter environmental regulations, what kind of valve can ensure no leakage at all? What is the approximate cost? Manufacturers who are interested can get in touch with me.
