The regulations state that \"supervisory inspections shall also be carried out for GC1-class pipelines or pipelines whose renovation length is greater than 500 meters.\" I would like to ask whether this renovation length refers to the original length of the pipeline being renovated or the actual length of the part that is being renovated For example, there was originally a pipeline that was 800 meters long; now, one valve is added at each end of this pipeline, and the total length of these two valves is 1 meter. So, is the length after this modification 800 meters or 1 meter?
I think the modification length is 1m, which is the amount by which you are changing the original pipe this time.
