An illustrated guide to simple calculation methods for the short pipes between elbows – In pipeline installation, it is common to need to calculate the length of the straight pipe between two parallel elbows; accurate calculations help to speed up construction and save labor and resources. For example, there are methods for calculating the short pipe between 45-degree elbows, the short pipe between two 30-degree elbows, and how to calculate the short pipe between 90-degree and 45-degree elbows, among others. Next, I will provide illustrated examples of simple methods for the intermediate short pipes, in the hope of offering useful information to pipeline installers, so that construction calculations are no longer a challenge. I. First, understand the elbow dimension data. The subject of this issue is presumably steel seamless pipe fittings. The butt-welded seamless pipe fittings required for various industrial and civil piping installation projects shall meet the requirements of GB/T12459-1990 \"Steel Butt-Welded Seamless Pipe Fittings\".
