Regarding SK pipeline static mixers

I would like to ask the experts: if a SK pipe static mixer is used, with 2 kilograms of steam entering the main pipe and water in an atomized state entering the branch pipes. Is it feasible to generate superheated water in this way?
It seems to belong to a steam temperature reducer; superheated steam plus cooling water is used to produce saturated steam, and an SV unit is employed for this purpose
Thank you! It’s more or less as I understand it – basically all SV units. But I saw a foreign patent in which they used SK units; I think it’s a bit different
