A brief introduction to the common materials used in industrial all-plastic pipe valves: UPVC, CPVC, PE, FRPP, PVDF, PPH, ABS, etc. The criteria for selecting materials for industrial pipe valves are mainly the medium, temperature, and pressure. Regarding plastic pipe valves, all such valves (except PTFE ones) have a temperature tolerance range of -40°C to 120°C, with the pressure generally not exceeding 20 kilograms. When the operating conditions involve temperatures outside this range, full-plastic pipe valves cannot be used.
