I’ll start with two photos first; everyone is welcome to share their own!
We usually use adjustable brackets.
No pictures. I’ve seen it; there are adjustable springs installed under the bracket. The device is located near the sea, where settlement is severe, so it will need to be adjusted after some time
What is the basis for the adjustment? Manual adjustment?

Are the adjustment bolts and the base plate welded together? Is it in direct contact without welding?
For the designs in our Russian projects, adjustable brackets are used for both import and export. The adjustment bolts and the upper steel plate are not welded together; they are welded to the lower steel plate. You can see that there are weld seams at the points where the lower bolts are connected to the steel plate. Also, for the first image on the second floor, I’m not sure why there are two adjustable brackets in sequence; logically, it should be one adjustable bracket and one load-bearing bracket, as the adjustable bracket is not subjected to much stress, otherwise the bolts could easily bend and deform.
