Are the valves used on semi-jacketed tubes of the jacket type, or are cross-links used in front of and behind the valves, or can both be used?
I didn’t catch exactly what you meant by “much bigger” – are you referring to the connection between the valve and the pipeline, or the connection of the anti-static wires?

It depends on whether your design involves a jacketed valve or a non-jacketed one; if it’s a jacketed valve, connections are usually required along with flanges to facilitate maintenance later on; For those without a jacket, it can simply cross borders directly
Jacketed valves are a bit more expensive; the common approach is to use non-jacketed valves and wrap copper pipes around them, with those copper pipes serving as a substitute for a jacketing tube.
Type B is better, but valves also come in full-jacketed and semi-jacketed versions. In your schematic, the pipeline has full jackets. Reason for using type B: 1. Ordinary pipes have jackets, and valves also need jackets. 2. If the medium can condense, the medium trapped in the valve’s chamber may cause the valve to fail to open after it condenses. Additionally, for jacketed ball valves, I would like to remind you that the flange size should be selected at least 2 sizes larger; specific details should be confirmed with the manufacturer. For example, if the inner pipe is DN100, it is best to choose a flange of DN200.
