Has the GC3 pipeline been canceled?

Announcement by the State Administration for Market Regulation on Matters Related to Administrative Licenses for Special Equipment (**Announcement No. 3 of 2019 by the State Administration for Market Regulation**)

GC1: 1. Process pipelines for transporting media with a toxicity level of Acute Toxicity Category 1 as specified in the Catalog of Hazardous Chemicals, gas media of Acute Toxicity Category 2, and liquid media of Acute Toxicity Category 2 whose operating temperature is higher than their standard boiling point； 2. Process pipelines that transport flammable gases of Class A or B, or flammable liquids of Class A (including liquefied hydrocarbons), as specified in GB50160 \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises\" and GB50016 \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings\", and whose design pressure is 4.0 MPa or higher ； 3. Process pipelines that transport fluid media, with a design pressure of 10.0 MPa or more, or a design pressure of 4.0 MPa or more along with a design temperature of 400°C or higher. GC2:1. Effective as of June 1, 2019

It depends on when you start designing your project; there will be no GC3 after June this year, but there are still some available for earlier periods

The new regulations, which came into effect on June 1, 2019, abolished GC3.

There are no new projects after June

List of permits for special equipment manufacturing units; there was never a GC3 permit for pressure pipeline design units, so there is nothing to cancel.
