This needs to be determined by the civil engineering team, based on the loads you provide and the geological conditions beneath the ground. If there are few pipes above, it’s sufficient to use expansion bolts in the concrete floor to support a single pipe column. If there are many pipes above and the loads are significant, then the geological conditions must be taken into account; the geological survey report should be reviewed, and it is the civil engineering team that decides on the appropriate depth of burial, which is determined by the conditions of the surface soil. For example, compacted loess used for backfilling requires a different burial depth compared to uncompacted loess; in my opinion, it is still advisable to consult a professional designer.
